| This is the end of the fire. It was still smoldering yesterday. |

| This fire caused more damage than Sandy. Very sad too see. The surviving part of the walk is still under Sandy repair but functioning. The day was great and there were many people enjoying what they could and celebrating the 100th anniversary of the boardwalk. Glad we were there, comforted to know it still will be. |
